It all started with a simple question

Why is the accounting industry facing a talent shortage?

After more than a decade in the profession, we lived the answer: mind-numbing admin, endless number crunching, and work that too often costs nights, weekends, and purpose. In conversations with 200+ firms this past year, the pattern was unmistakable: shrinking teams, rising pressure, and new graduates choosing other paths.

The status quo is broken and everyone knows it. But we believe there is a better way. Abacor exists to rewrite what accounting work feels like, making it meaningful, respected, and balanced. Accountants deserve more, including more respect, more joy in their work, and the freedom to live fully beyond deadlines. It is time to build a future where accountants feel valued, supported, and proud.
